Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location within the EU:


  • Western Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Central Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Eastern Europe: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to different factors such as customs processing, courier delays or local disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the European Union are generally not exposed to additional customs duties. However depending on your country’s regulations, VAT or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately. This means you may receive your items in different packages and at different times.

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error please contact us immediately at our support email.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days then please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will try and work quickly to resolve the issue.
